First encoder on the rack loses the data

Hi,

I'm having a somehow similar problem.

I've got a ET200SP with seven TM Pos/Input 1 modules with seven absolute encoders connected to them. I've got the electric load split in two white basic unit modules (4 and 3 TM Pos/Input modules fed separately.)

Every time there's a shutdown my first encoder on the rack (spindle axis) loses the data (either postion in mm and pulses) also the Technological Object (External encoder) wouldn't allow the axis to move till I move the axis manually. 

The Technological Object won't give a diagnosis I could use to evaluate the problem.

Does anybody have an idea of what could be happening? 

Any help will be welcome.
