Hello, experts! I have some concerns about the proper functioning of the MC_CamIn block with the PTO module. I'm relatively new to this aspect, so I followed the base example provided on this website. The project name is 109749460_V90_creation_swith_cams_PROJ. Additionally, I used the library LCamHdl_V1_5_0. When I simulate the project, everything works as expected. However, when I try to adapt it for my hardware setup, it doesn't function correctly. There are no errors, but when I attempt to write trends using Master_Axis_Actual_Pos and Slave_Axis_Actual_Pos, the master value randomly switches between 0 and 500, while the slave remains at 0. Additionally, I attempted to create a new project, but encountered an issue while creating the CAM profile. Some errors appeared, but when I exclude the CAMIN module from the project, I can successfully create the CAM without any issues. Based on this, I began to suspect that the problem might be related to the Axis and driver used in the example project. When searching for information about the compatibility between Synchronous motion and PTO modules, I couldn't find any relevant results. In the attached file, you will find a *.pdf with the settings. If you need any additional information, please let me know. Thank you for your time and attention. Best regards, AttachmentMaster_Axis_Settings.pdf (265 Downloads) |

Closed cause question posted twice. The second thread with the subject S7-1500T Synchronous FB and PTO is published within the conference SIMATIC S7-1500 Best regards, |
