TDC 551 and CP50M0 Update

Hallo,

i need help guidlines regarding replacement of  TDC CPU 551-0BA1 with 0BA2 version of processor and CP50M0 with CP50M1 Profibus card?
 

my starting point is

CFC            v6.1 + HF1

COM PB.     v5.1

D7-SYS      v6.2 + SP1

SFC             v6.1

STEP 7        v5.3+SP2

What should be minimum required version of STEP 7 and D7-SYS to update whole system to the mentioned HW versions and correct behavior of all newly installed parts?
How should i proceed with updating of old current working libraries in new Step7 version?

after installing D7-SYS 6.2 SP3, CP50M1 was configured in HW Cofig Tool and saved.

Meta data p7sdvatx.met was also adapted regarding LE Bus Interrupt on 3 of my CPU's.

Compiling of HW and Later SW from Project Directory is giving error free compilation process.

Small dilemma is only regarding new definition of CP342-5 IO Areas and modules in HW Config Tool.

Is defined area same as old configuration in  COM Profibus tool?

The configuration is done as described, but my TDC Rack is starting with four time H fault, on first CPU is H flashing?

Now im trying to find ADCAH Block to try fix the popular "H" fault on the 0BA2 version of CPU551.

Can this be done in my current installed SW for CFC and D7-SYS or i need upgrade to 7.1 or 8.0 versions?

problem with H fault was because of different HW configuration in one of the Flash cards on CPU Nr. 3.

Now the issue is appearing regarding CP50M1 Communication module.
Transmit block CTV  is showing YEV=#0002 and YTS=#6001.

As advised a block @GLOBAL was put before some PB initialization on D2000C but this seems to not work proper.

Should i refer to Firmware update or something else is making communication impossible?

i stil can't come further with solution about PB/MPI Initialization.

The Send and Receive blocks are still pointing to a problem with Communication. Old setup with CP50M0 Card was tested on the same Devices and communication is operational.

On new CP50M1 Card CRV and CTV blocks are still in-operational with YEV=16#0002 and YTS=16#6001. Processor 1 is after approx. 10 min reporting Communication fault and Same CSxyz firmware fault in Diagnostic window. (Do this message really point that installed Firmware is not compatible?

Is there a special setup in difference with CP50M0 card except changing connectors of X1 to X2 for PB, HW and Netpro configuration of old COMPB and @GLOB block for Communication buffer on PB Card Slot?
In my case on PB Slaves are SU200 for example.
