In Drive Monitor diagnostic I got some errors/faults time to time

Heksu Bronze Member Joined: 12/12/2005 Last visit: 3/17/2024 Posts: 180 Rating: (12)	Hi again, So I went further and got back up from MasterDriveMcPlus, but In Drive Monitor diagnostic I got some errors/faults time to time Master Drive MC+model is here: 6SE7018-0EP50-Z and Z= (C23+G91+F01) Drive monitor ask database when I clickfault code, is there some database somewhere to connect/import?? Faults which I have here in diagnostig window: 82 TB/CB tlgr 1 027 UCE L3 042 Compute tim Examble: when this 042 fault came MasterDrive MC´s panel shows A001, F042 and A008, need to reset before working again. Before Master Drive there is MASTERDRIVES RFI (radio interference suppression filter) 6SE7021-2EP87-0FB0 I measured incoming voltage and it (MasterDriveMC+)seems to be ok, but I think DCbus inside Masterdrive not working right?, I try trace signals but there is hundrets of connector in trace setting list. Can I see easily by trace something about these faults??? I think outcoming voltage might have proplem in L3 case? If some one have knowledge? -Heksu- Splitted from I need to upload Masterdrive parameters and see diagnostic and faults and alarms.

Graeme Platinum Expert Joined: 6/4/2008 Last visit: 11/12/2024 Posts: 1505 Rating: (326)	Hi, is this a new commissioned drive? A001 and F042 suggest there are too many blocks for the CPU to process. Also, if you have activated the trace function, this will add many additional blocks to the CPU loading. You could try and disable the tracer using U953.72 = 20 and see if these errors re-occur. I have a siemens masterdrive mc drive which has firmware v1.3 and I need to update to firmware v1.6, could you please inform me what software is required for the update and if you can provide it to me, thank you.
