Changing the IP address on an CP1243-1 without using TIA

The IP address the customer advised during the panel build is incorrect and they need to change it on site. They don't have TIA. Is the best way to change the IP on the CP1243-1 to use the SIMATIC Automation Tool?

In SIMATIC Automation Tool user guide chapter 4.1 it says that "IP address is set directly at the device" must be activated. Regards, Frink
