Preset Up/Down Counter with treshold value

FDAG Posts: 8 Rating: (1)	Hi, i am using Logo! 24 Logosoft V5.0.21 In my application i use 5 Up/Down counters with all the same treshold value preset in logosoft. Is it possible, to change the treshold value, on-line, of all 5 counters at once. Or do i have to link all 5 of them, to the LOGO screen and update the treshold value 5 times. Fux Posts: 661 Rating: (123)	Hello FDAG, you can do this with MUX function of 0BA5. Refer the thresholds of the 5 counters to a MUX. In the first MUX value (V1)enter the threshold value and display this value (V1) in a message text. Now you can easily change V1 and hence 5 thresholds. FDAG Posts: 8 Rating: (1)	Hi FLux, It is the intention to change the Value V1 via the Logo screen. Is this also possible? When i start the program and push ESC, the cursor is getting infront of the Value of V1 by pushing OK it is normaly possible to change this Value. It seems not possible now. I am not so familiar with the Analog function blocks. How can you change the value of V1? Thanks for post, Best Regards.

FDAG Posts: 8 Rating: (1)	Hi Flux, I found it. In stead of placing the AQ-Amplified value in the Logo screen, i placed the V1 Value. Although there is sometimes a strange behaviour, after program startup, on the LOGO and also in simulation. The Outputs of the UP/DOWN counters are sometimes '1' after program start. !! I solved it by clearing the UP/DOWN counters with the startup flag M8. Best Regards.

Fux Posts: 661 Rating: (123)	Hi FDAG, yes, place V1 of the MUX in message text to change it (by pressing ESC 1sec.). The behavior with the simulation i also recognized. It´s when the software+simulation gets startet the 1st time. If you start the simulation a 2nd time, the outputs work normal. I think it´s only a problem in the simulation, not on device. But of course you can leave the startup flag connected to the reset inputs. Then you can be sure that everything works correctly. Regards Fux
