FAQ

Product cancellation (P.M 410)
With this milestone, the spare parts phase starts. With few exceptions, the product will then only be available as spare part.
When ordering spare parts, observe the spare part identification. It gives information about availability and possible credits for returns of defective parts.
After setting P.M 410, new parts can no longer be purchased.

Product discontinuation  (P.M 490)
With this milestone, the 10-years spare parts obligation ends (Panel, 5 years IPC) . The product is no longer available and support is discontinued. The PLM of the SIMATIC HMI accessories for this product also ends, the parts are no longer available. Only real warranty cases will be processed.
