I think, OPC Server of PC Station has no connection to PLCs in PLCSIM... yes, you are right . I couldn't establish a connection between PLCSIM and OPC . and I don't know if i could simulate plc from scout.

I am not sure, but have you tried to establish connection through PLCSim ( Local ) ? May be you need to search some Siemens tools .
