PT/ PAC on the outgoing side

Ms. Menon Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	What can be the effects if voltage transformer is connected to the outgoing side of the breaker? Please assume that the breaker is taken on a communication network using COM port. On the same note, while using PAC with 3WL for basic communication, which is more advisable to follow, PAC in the incoming side or outgoing? Please help.
