L.S., We do have a "WinLC RTX" here with a network in ProfiNet (IRT) and ProfiBus. The network has 6 slaves in Profinet, from which 4 are running in IRT (1ms). And 32 slaves in ProfiBus, from which 6 are Lenze MotorDrives (Motec8400), 6 Input modules and 20 Output modules. Profibus has 2 segments, one of 217m and one of 200m (=max+ for 1,5Mbit). The problem is that the PLC will NOT go into RUN after power-cycle. The PLC is going into RUN immediately after switching the selector-switch from RUN=>STOP=>RUN. I have an upload form the Diagnostic-buffer (see <Diagnose_20150225_0723_NotIntoRun.txt>and screen shots from the Hardware-config (see <PLC_NotIntoRun.zip> In the Diagnostics I see: - entry 23 - Power is switched on - entry 21 - Profibus reports 32 slaves? - entry 02 - Profibus reports 6 slaves??? Does anyone have an idea what will be the reason? And of course how to solve it. If more info is needed, please ask and specify what is needed. Hi, In diag buffer you can read this: Last valid operation or setting of automatic startup type at power on: I think the Autostart is not configured. Have a look at SIMATIC Windows Automation Center RTX WinAC RTX (F) 2010 under chapter "5.9 Selecting the restart method" you can read this: "You use STEP 7 to configure the default restart method for the controller. Hello MicroMan, We have checked what you described. What we see is that we have configured as you write. That means this is not the reason for our problem . See the attachment for our settings. With regards, Willie AttachmentPLC_NotIntoRun_2.zip (586 Downloads) |
