hi i am also facing same issue with TIA V20.MY CPU IS COMPACTIBLE ONLY TIA V20 .BUT NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION INTO HMI VIA TIA 20.AND MY HMI IS SIMATIC COMFORT PANEL TP1500.6AV2124-0QCO2-OAX1.PLS FIND THE ATTACHED SCREENSHOT. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello like the messages indicates you need the correct Panel Image. you can use the PIU Installer from this LInk or also the offline Installation if there are problems with the PIU: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109825750 Check in your HMI Device which Device Version you have set also.
