can not find help for blocks in CFC v6.0

peters Posts: 122 Rating: (4)	[:o] dear nemo and other experts: thank you for answering my several questions,i think you are my teacher,so there are questions follows: there arefour engineering stations A, B, C,D in my company,and there are simatic CFC v6.0 programming software installed in these computers,if i open one project on station A and want to see the description about one block,i just click this block and then click "help"on the tool bar,then more details come out ,but i can not do this on the other three computers. i am sure that all the programming softwares are the same ,so i just want to know that is it because that there is additional special software or sevice packs runs in stations A?

Maybo you can post a screenshot of this error message here!? One reason for that kind of problem may be that there is no help file available on your machine in the language which corresponds to the currently used language in Simatic Manager!

You certainly know, that PCS7 doesn´t like any other gods/software-packages on the same installation [:D] just kidding, normally different PCS7 ServicePacks shouldn´t cause such a behaviour. => you can crosscheck your installed software versions with the CITAMIS.STR file nemo

peters Posts: 122 Rating: (4)	hi,i have checked the software installed in all four stations.and ican only find the software "AUT-LIB ONLINE HELP 01.00.01"in staions A ,soi am sure that it's because this software are installed in this station,do you agree with me?if you know this software could you show me the liks to download it?there are also the examples i describled follows: Attachment example.zip (964 Downloads)

I am a little bit confused about your installation. On your screenshots I see you are using an Asian MS Windows (Chinese?) with a lot of other software packages installed, which might cause the trouble... nemo

peters Posts: 122 Rating: (4)	dear nemo: you are right.this block is not in the standard PCS7,it is come from other company(not from siemens).may be you are right that this situation is caused by installation of other software. thank you for answering my questions!
