Yes it is deactivated. I am using the RS232 digsi cable. |

Hi Before contacting customer care, I have one last suggestion. Download the firmware from www.siprotec.com then try to donwload it into Siprotec directly from your Windows, not VMWare. Soyoucan test the cable, serial port and Siprotec. If it works, there'ss somethingin your project or VMware. If itdoesn't works, try another cable or an USB-Serialcable. If you have other Siprotec, tryit. If this doens't help,please contact energy.support@siemens.com Send the same files you posted here. Mike J |

Indeed Iam using S7 v5.4+SP4 & Digsi v4.83. |
