Hello ALL, Link to a broken PLC - more precisely on the topic about it) Flashing twice DC5V and then all LEDs (S7-319-3PN/DP) ******************* Unloading the program from the PLC, compiling it, and then downloading it back is a normal idea - But in my case it’s not working, since it is not the name of the software source code, I did not take the risk of loading all the software back into the PLC. This is a continuous production - which I could not stop at that moment. And one more reason, as correctly noted, is the starting (initial) values in the data blocks. I have projects from line B and C - they did't had start values in all data blocks - but they were in the unloaded program from the PLC line A - the reason is because when unloading software, the PLC saves the current values to the initial values ... ******************* The main question of the topic: Is there a memory area in the PLC in which some of what will affect the operation in the event of a program transfer may remain. Maybe past comrades configured a stored memory area in which there were some initial values for starting the system - I don’t know. Therefore, there are only assumptions - arguments - your thoughts and experience. I will be waiting for your answers. |
