Good morning, I am trying to establish comunications between an IoT2040 node red with an omron PLC, without success :)

I tried to configure my plc, but I think the first problem is that I'm using a virtually simulated PLC, not letting me establish various communication protocols (not only FINS/IP, OPC UA, MQTT or Modbus TCP/IP as well...)

But when I try to read in node red I got an Error: "Timeout" and nothing else.

Any help?

Siemens' PLC simulator software called PLCSIM does not put out any type of connection to the PC's hardware. But there is a 3rd party software that 'fixes' this problem.

Consider asking someone that knows Omron's PLCs and software if the simulation links to the PC's hardware. There should be a way to check; like trying to have two PCs simulating a PLC, connect to each other.

What are your thoughts?

I am starting easy, with a NX102-9000 omron's plc virtually simulated (This PLC allows OPC UA that I tested earlier with no success :l)

But what I am trying to achieve is a similar program PLC-IoT that I did before with the libary node-red-contrib-s7 and a PLC s7-1212.

Now I'm trying to do the same but, with the library node-red-contrib-omron-fins, trying to read values and write in some boolean variables. unfortunately with no success
