Hello Miguel, i'm not very familiar with the 575 PLC. attached is the 575 system manual which may be helpful. it seems to be possible to force the battery good signal to "always true", see the section about battery installation. Also, yes it could be that the program is stored in EEPROM. i believe in Tisoft you can configure which is the memory location for the program, RAM or EEPROM. you should be able to see this when you are online with Tisoft. Good morning Carlo I hope you are well out there. I have had the opportunity to completely delete the program from the plc and load it again. It has not worked, the same problem remains Attached photo how it is configured. I tried to load the program in the EEPROM, but it was not possible, it seems that this 575 model does not have EEPROM unlike the 545/555, as indicated in the manual that you sent and that I thank you. After a power outage, it appears according to the attached photo: FATAL ERROR = OPERATING SYSTEM FATAL ERROR LOOP FATAL ERRROR = OPERATING SYSTEM FATAL ERROR LOOP CARD ERRORS DETECTED --- USE F2 TO CLEAR LOOP ERRORS Pressing F2 to clean Loop errors indicates Illegal Network, and it is necessary to perform a Partial Restart, Complete Restart and Force the program to RUN, working correctly again, until the next power cut. The program seems to continue in RAM as indicated on the screen and the battery indicates OK, and with the tester it gives the expected 5 VDC at its terminals. If I disconnect it, the Battery not good indicator LED appears on the PLC, therefore the signal is not forced either. After a power cut, the power supply is OK, but the 6 LEDs of the 575-2102 are off: IOA, RUN, WDG, BMS, SYF and PCG After the Partial Restart and Complete Restart, the PCG led turns on, and after forcing Run, the RUN led turns on and it is ready to work. I am looking for some contradictory information in the LOOPS, due to "Loop card errors detected", in case there is a card or configuration dedicated especially to them. Thank you very much for your help and comments. Cheers
