Hope everyone is Good.

I am having a problem with CPU 414-2DP. It has 3 slaves over Profibus DP.  Since last few days it started giving faults of EXTF and BUS2F. Upon inspection i have found that one of its Slave IM module DIP switches were changed. I have corrected it but alarm is still there.

Someone told me to refresh CPU configuration. I tried to download program but it Aborted everytime giving a message.

"The system data  cannot be loaded to module CPU 414-2 DP(1)-(R0/S4) of station SIMATIC 400-Station9. Look under details or try to determine the cause for the problem using the diagnostic buffer of the module."

Kindly help me why CPU is behaving like this and how will I correct it.
