Are those bits in array or are defined independently?

write the bits to a marker, for example M10.0 to M11.7

Once all bits are written to the markers, MW10 would hold the bits and you can use it for transfer to SCADA.

Same works with a structure like an array of bool in a DB. You would write the bits to (for example) DB10.DBX0.0 to DB10.DBX1.7 - DB10.DBW0 would hold the bits then.

using it separately  ,and i just want to know what is the function to convert  those bits to marker. 

found a solution ..thanks to all. now i need to re modify all the tags to reduce scada tags        .

i'm   currently working on s7-1500 and wincc runtime professional (tia v13) .how to write program to convert Bool(16 bits) to word   so that i can reduce the scada tags.

Programming in plc can be done but i have another solution in which the C script will take care of the word bit edit. Here below attachment i am sharing please check it out .
