Hi AutoGen_8205947, What you are experiencing is a crash of the TIA Portal software. In this case, the first thing to do is to check a number of points: - Capture the exact version of Windows that you have installed. - Capture the versions that you have installed in the TIA Portal (Help > Installed software) - Does the crash occur with any project or just with this one? If after checking these points everything is correct, I would recommend that you contact technical support. Best regards!

Hi AutoGen_8205947, I have been checking the compatibility and the problem is that the TIA Portal V16 Update 1 version is not compatible with the Windows 11 Enterprise version. In this case, I recommend you to upgrade to the latest version of TIA Portal V16 Update 7. I share with you the download link below: When you install it you should not crash the software. Best regards! *I forgot adding you the compatibility list* AttachmentMicrosoft-Windows-11_es_2024-07-24.xlsx (34 Downloads) |
