im have VB script for write to table in sql. Hardware is simatic runtime for pc station.

Have plc s7-1200 with rs comunikation for data input.

My problem is when i transfer DTL to Date and Time of day.

Sent info to sql , all is ok, but my date is DD/MM/YYYY and in sql table is MM/DD/YYYY.

Problem if date more than 12th day, sql write error because on day position of siemens have sql monts.

I hope of understand beacuse is very dificould to explain.

In easy way, day of monts from plc is writing to monts in sql table.

If its day of monts bigger than 12 sql write is problem.

Hi MarekN,

You have to precede your SQL Query (I don't know your code but big probably it will begin with INSERT... with SET DATEFORMAT; (note the semicolumn);. I already used this trick with SQL Server. I don't know if it works with other database engine.

As Murof said otherwise you have to make the treatment in your VBScript and concatenate the datas as expected by the database.

It will maybe easier if you post the part of the code that is sending data to the database, we can maybe suggest the suitable modification.
