Firstly thanks for reading this, I'm currently training on ABT, I have done the courses for PXC Engineering and Desigo, now with Xworks if you don't have the latest backup of the strategy and you cant access the controller.

With ABT you need a password to access the backups, I have the latest backup from the client for the site and I have imported into ABT the only issue now is the password, if the client cannot get the original password what options am I left with. With the likes of Tend you can get Pin of the day to access the controllers and latest Strategy, is something like this possible?

If it was just one controller then I would of considered just re-writing the Strategy for it however there is about 16 controllers on site.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

you can as well contact your local Siemens representative and they can ask for help in Siemens BP HQ, where they can recover your password. 

They will need the project archive.
