I currently have the same problem (signals in BCE in fail safe functional blocks), I also performed the procedure of stopping the CFC container and restarting the WRA master service but the problem is still not solved. I would really appreciate it if you could give me ideas on how to solve it. Or if you could understand me to find out why this procedure did not work. Thank you very much.
