Hi,

I have a WinCC Advanced-based runtime system that logs data from three PLCs via MPI to the runtime PC using a CP5711 communication processor. The data is logged to a database, which is connected to an MS SQL Server.

A total of six data logs are configured, each using the database as the storage location with a circular logging method. The acquisition mode is set to cyclic. Logging cycles vary—some logs are configured for a 2-second interval, while others operate at a 1-second interval.

Problem:
The runtime runs continuously 24x7 and functions perfectly under normal conditions. However, occasionally, the logging stops without any notification or error message, and we are required to restart the runtime (.fwc) again to resume logging.
