Hi, I have the same issue in Step7 — I only have the 6ES7 350-1AH02-0AE0 module, but for the migration project from SM to TIA, I need the 6ES7 350-1AH03-0AE0 version. I found only this link for the firmware update: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/16812649  

However, when I download the file, the system flags it as suspicious. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there any alternative solution? I'm using Step 5.7 + SP3

The module 6ES7350-1AH02-0AE0 cannot be upgraded with a firmware upgrade to 6ES7350-1AH03-0AE0.

The two modules have different hardware.

The module 6ES7350-1AH02-0AE0 has been discontinued for too long. That is why the module is not available for selection in TIA.
