Hey everyone, I am a Student from Germany doing his A-Level right now and i have a Question is it Possible to use a Command Table multiple times because in our Project i am working on Putting Eggs from a 30 piece pallet into an 10 piece pallet and i have 6 blocks  and two offload positions and need to do certain moves multiple times over this command tables. But when i do try to do that i get a Done =True value even though it didn't move.

I am using Tia v16 on an s7 1200 with 2 expension modules and the version of Simotion is 7.0.

What you wish to do is possible. The instruction you use to invoke the execution of the command table gives the ability to start at any step you wish. You can have several sequences within one table but you could also have several tables. More than this: It is possible to have the user program edit the entries in the table.

The motion command table is a very powerful tool. Interesting enough only the S7-1200 makes this available. But I will confess that we use the motion control instructions instead of the table to control the motions of our machines.

As last note: Be careful in your consideration if you are using absolute or relative motion. Each has its good side and bad side so there is not a wrong choice. But you need to consider scenarios like recovering from an interrupted run.

Yes so far so clear but  if i revoke the execution it won't start a second time because the DB has Done as a True Value.

Difficult to predict what the trouble is without seeing your code. Some guessing follows.

The execute pin of the instruction needs a False to True transition for it to execute.

Be also on the lookout for the usage of absolute movement. The motion can not go anywhere if there is only 1 absolute movement and the cart is already at that target position.

Thank you First for your calmness with my problem, I uploaded an Screenshot for you that is what happends if i try to do the same movement a second time eventhough the axis aren't in the Position  of the end of the Command Table, As you see is the Axis movement Done eventhough nothing happend and yes i reset the  Variable safter the move.

The Execute pin needs to "see" a transition from FALSE to TRUE. That is also only possible when the EN pin remains TRUE. Disabling the instruction means that the transition is lost.

Best to keep the EN active at all times and only manipulate the state of Execute pin.

I further advise you to not put so much code into one network. This has the potential to cause problems. Perhaps investigate the use of the text based language SCL (also called structured text by other manufacturers). Adding SCL networks between LAD is possible and is helpful for motion instructions.
