Communicating with PLC without S7

This is not possible with all prommers and PC-PCMCIA interfaces. Look at this: 6ES7792-0AA00-0XA0 regards

Zohar asked how to program without Step-7 programs and it is not possible. Maybe there is some 3rd party programs that alow to do this task, but I don't know about them.
