Creation of runtime project failed, no access to database

I get the following error message when trying to compile my HMI project.

"Creation of runtime project failed. There is no access to the Database..."

I have a SIMATIC Microbox PC (Runtime PC) with WinCC Professional Runtime V15.1.

The WinCC Professional Runtime was installed in the Microbox PC and running the project saved in the PC smoothly until I installed TIA Portal (STEP 7 and WinCC Professional Upd5). I didn't remove the existing software.

After installing TIA Portal on the Microbox PC, I am experiencing an unexpected behavior. I am able to go online on the PLC without issues, but I can NOT compile or simulate the HMI project. WinCC Runtime is no longer working either and the AutoStartRT can no longer open the project that was saved in the PC and working for months.

Please help me

Oops... do you have a chance to reinstall the software?

Its a matter of project or installation...

Can you compile and run to runtime a compleatly new project?

Check with Reset_WinCC.vbs in the bin folder of the installatio npath of the WinCC Prof Runtime.

Then do a restart of the System.

You could also install the SQL Server management Studio and check if there are some still attached databases which shouldn´t be there.
