Download to New CPU

Hunky Posts: 82 Rating: (6)	Dear All, I got New S7-400H CPU. I have configured small program in step 7. i try to donwload in CPU. Everytime it is giving communication error. I am unable to go online/download. Is there any procedure to work with new PLC. Note: I am using PG with CP card and MPI cable for communication. And also i have set my PG/PC interface as MPI. Any help will be really appreciated. Best Regards

Hunky Posts: 82 Rating: (6)	I am using Siemens PG with CP Card in it. I try to download many times, but it is giving error. I try to write the Flash EPROm, it is working fine. But i am unable to go online.Is there any reset or any other settings, that has to be performed. Best Regards

Hunky Posts: 82 Rating: (6)	You mean, Self test on first start or every start. I have waited until PLC comes to stop mode. Then i try to download. But it fails to communicate. Any help, really appreciated.
