Error when uploading S7 400

vnis Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hi all, When i uploading S7 400, I have 3 error message : - (3) Error while uploading the configuration to the programming device (PG). Do you want to continue ? - (2000) Error while uploading the configuration to the programming device (PG). Do you want to continue ? - (120) Error while uploading the configuration to the programming device (PG). Do you want to continue ? Then i can't continue uploading program for backup. I don't know reasons for this problem. Pls give me your advives about this problem. My PLC : CPU 414 2XK05 0AB0 V5.3.1 CPU 443 1EX20 0XE0 V2.1 And my firmware 's Simatic Manager V5.4 Thanks, Vnis Attachment error2_upload_s7_400.jpg (815 Downloads)

vnis Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hi Amit86, Yes, this dialog box which appears after i choose "UPLOAD STATION TO PG" about 1 minute. I use "PC Adapter USB" for connection PLC and my PC. vnis Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	I choose "UPLOAD STATION TO PG " Then click " View ". Then 1 PLC S7 400 appear. Then i choose "CPU 414-2 " in dialog box and then start upload. But after uploading about 1 minute, 3 error message appear. Vnis

The help of 1st error message 13:77 says SIMATIC MANAGER HELP Help on Message 13:77 Description: While interpreting the system data blocks (SDBs) uploaded from the module, an error was recognized in the programming device and processing halted. Cause: ·Inconsistent hardware configuration in the module (occurs if downloading the SDBs to the module was already incomplete or inconsistent) ·The optional package for configuring certain modules (for example, CPs) is not installed ·The module was configured with a later version or STEP 7, and the current version of STEP 7 cannot interpret the SDBs. Remedy: You can decide whether to continue or abort processing. Ensure that all software packages required for configuring the station are installed on your programming device. Ensure that you have a STEP 7 version that can be used to configured all modules. In either case you must remember that the hardware configuration uploaded to the programming device may be incomplete or inconsistent. To understand all error codes, please check Which meaning have the error codes (xxxx:yyyy) in STEP 7? You should make sure that you can find all modules in your current SIMATIC HW catalog. If not then try updating your HW catalog. Make sure you are not missing any software package for FMs or CPs. Best regards. H-H
