Please tell us which version of PCS 7 you are working with, as the CPU 410-5H is only enabled with PCS 7, starting with version 8.x  Normally v9 of PCS 7 should have the CPU 410-5H in its configuration files.

There is no link to HSP 267 that I can locate on the forum, could you show a sceenshot of the error message you are receiving?

In case this can help, there is an HUP (hardware upgrade package) for PCS 7 v8,x, an executable file that integrates the CPU 410-5H in the PCS 7 configuration: The executable will not work if you only have Step 7.
