as you can see in SIMATIC Programming device SIMATIC Field PG M5 / Features you have to option to connet an external monitor:

_DVI-I

_{Interface for external monitor (VGA monitors can be operated with a DVI/VGA adapter)}

_{max. DVI resolution: 1920 x 1200 pixels}

_{DPP display port}

_{Interface for external monitor}

_{max. PPP resolution: 4096 x 2304 pixels @ 60 Hz}
