My WinCC Unified reconnect issue

Sebi98 Member Joined: 12/2/2020 Last visit: 11/14/2024 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello, When I access "My WinCC Unified" both from web application or "WinCC Unified Station Configurator" the reconnection popup appears every 2 seconds. I checked all the requirements from the WinCC Unified Runtime manual (Chapter 8.2 Restrictions and requirements): • WinCC Unified Runtime 19 is installed on the Unified PC. • A Unified PC with device version V19 was configured in the engineering system and loaded onto the Unified PC. • The corresponding Runtime project has the status "Running" on the Unified PC. • The user management configuration of the project is active. • When using the local user management: – Before the loading, at least one user has been created in TIA Portal. – The user has the function rights required to operate My WinCC Unified through his roles. • A valid web server certificate (self-signed or CA-based) is installed on the Unified PC that is used as the Runtime web server. • Opening My WinCC Unified: – In a web client: The browser you use as a web client trusts the web server certificate. JimHalpert Joined: 7/11/2024 Last visit: 11/15/2024 Posts: 61 Rating: (5)	Hi Sebi98 First, I would suggest you to install the Update 3: Updates for V19 Then, go to Programs and Features --> Turn Windows features on or off -> Internet Information Services -> World Wide Web Services > Application Development Features and check that "WebSocket Protocol" is checked. Also, check that during configuration of the Unified PC Runtime (during RT installation or later in WinCC Unified Configuration), the option "Use IP address instead of computer name" is enabled.
