Hi Sebi98 First, I would suggest you to install the Update 3: Updates for V19 Then, go to Programs and Features --> Turn Windows features on or off -> Internet Information Services -> World Wide Web Services > Application Development Features and check that "WebSocket Protocol" is checked. Also, check that during configuration of the Unified PC Runtime (during RT installation or later in WinCC Unified Configuration), the option "Use IP address instead of computer name" is enabled.
