Late Platinum Expert Joined: 1/7/2006 Last visit: 11/17/2023 Posts: 2705 Rating: (318)	Hi Shamsher, If you look by the examples in STEP7 that are already installed with STEP7 then you may find "zEn01_13_STEP7__PID-Temp" as example. (File --> Open... --> Sample projects --> zEn01_13_STEP7__PID-Temp) This is a example for a standard PID, if you want to have a example for a Modulaire PID then download the handbook and there are also some examples. After you have installed the MOD PID then there are also some examples. If you have still questions, don't hesitate to ask....

It gives a pretty good overview of all of the various PID options in SIMATIC, from the S7-200 through PCS7. You can buy it online at http://books.erlm.siemens.de/en/produkte/index.cfmor any of the major online booksellers
