PLC does not run: "STOP due to IO error"

Hello all,

We have a 414 PLC type "6ES7 414-2XK05-0AB0". It does not go to run mode with the program or with only OB1. We tried to MRES and download an empty program only OB1. But it does not run anyway. "It is saying STOP due to IO error ". But no IO module is used to check also if there is something wrong. I am totaly confused. So, what could be the reason for this issue? I attached the Diagnose.txt. Maybe you can help me to find a way.

I am continue to trying. First of all I discard the memory card. I made a memory reset. And then I have loaded the OBs 80-82 , OB84-86, OB100, OB121-122 as empty. And I restart the PLC. Then it is already in stop mode. Not possible to make start. I put two screen shot. Maybe they would be helpful to define possibilities.

Hello all.

The issue was solved with SIEMENS support. The slot pins on the rack, which we used for power module, were mechanically damaged. I think that they were damaged during replacing the card for a reason. We fixed the pins. And then it runs.
