Hello Experts, I am using a S7 400H system with all IO in redundant mode. I have programmed my logic between RED_IN and RED_OUT. I am using RED_IO52 library. I do know know where to call RED_DEPA. There is no clear information where and how to call this block. I have just called RED_DEPA in OB1 just before RED_IN block. Is this correct? Can you also check if I am using all redundancy related blocks correctly? My calling of redundancy blocks in different OBs: (Different DBs for each RED_DIAG) OB1: RED_DEPA, RED_IN, RED_OUT OB71: RED_INIT, RED_DIAG OB82: RED_DIAG OB83: RED_DIAG OB85: RED_DIAG OB86: RED_DIAG OB100: after end of my logic RED_INIT OB102: after end of my logic RED_INIT I am not using RED_STAT block. I use SFC51 for module status. like removed, error etc. I always get "Redundant I/O: Analog input channel error event ID 16#7982 also 16#7981" in diagnostic buffer. what is the reason? I am testing the panel without any signal connected to it. Diagnostic buffer is attached. AttachmentDiagnose.txt (306 Downloads) |
