S71500 T Technology object with SEW Drives

Hello all,

we are having following hardware:-

CPU s71500 T, TR Electronic encoder supported standard telegram 81, and sew Movitrac drive.

we configure positioning axis Like this,

Drive interface Data connection    Data Block

Telegram used in data block    Standard telegram 1 .

I Mapped the status bit to Data block standard telegram bits correctly , but still i am not getting the ready signal in control panel.

What are the status  bits are essential  to make power On

yes SEW doesn´t support Profidrive profile - I saw for their new system they decided to support Ethercat (maybe they fear that they could be replaced by SIEMENS drives too easy ).

With Profidrive, you have a state machine. For example you send in Control Word 1   047E hex and than 047F. But also the status word has to be correctly.

In the SINAMICS S120 List manual there are some status und control word explained with a diagram. Maybe someone here can do a trace of control and status- word from a SINAMICS.

Thanks for reply, now i having problem with status word bits mapping, because of that some times i can able to make power On, but most of times not..
