sample config slave CPU wih Y-link as master

First of all you have to download the GSD-file for the CPU from the next link:

Please choose the right CPU!! [:o]

Then installe the GSD in the Hardware configuration, Options --> Install GSD-File..., the new installed GSD-File is coming in the Profibus DP Additional Field Devices --> PLC --> SIMATIC --> S7-400 CPU414-2. [:P]

Now you can project the H-system and the Y-Link, i have programmed in the example the newest Y-Link, you may find the Y-Link between the Profibus DP --> DP/PA-Link, the same link might be used for Profibus PA and as Y-Link, the question is coming wenn you place the Link on the Profibus DP of a H-CPU.

After that you might place the new GSD-File from ID 113652 (the CPU414-2DP V4.x is used in the example). Then you must place some I/O from the same GSD-File in to the CPU414-2DP.

Now you have to programm the Hardware of the CPU414-2DP, on the DP-Port you have to set that the DP-Port is Slave in the "Operating Mode" Tab, don't use the "Programming, status/modify or other PG functions and unconfigured communication connections possible" because there is no intelligence possible behind a Y-Link. In the Tab "Configuration" give up which I/O you want to useto the H-CPUs. Please notice that you have to place Inputs and Outputs as opposite I/O !!!!! [8)]

So you find when you are lookoing in Netpro two S7-414-2DP CPUs, so far as i know is it not possible to put the CPU414-2DP as one system in Netpro. So there is created a dummy to get it works on a Profibus after a Y-Link. [:o]

I haven't tested this example (i don't have a H-System @ home [:(] ), so the addresses might be not right, if it won't work please change the input-addresses then to output-addresses and vice-versa {please only on one side!}.
