Hello everybodu i have the problem where

SF blink 1 time long then 2 times short

after that 

BF blink 1 time short, 1 time long, 6 times short

and it loop.

i read manual but see no explanation for such errors

Please help. ;)

Dear mop s04 I need your help to explain to me the solution :

I have the same problem with this sequence :

1. SF and BF together blinking slow 3 times

2. BF blinks 1 time

3. SF and BF together blinking Fast 3 times

4. SF blinks 2 times

5. BF blinks 6 times

I have downloaded the manual you have attached but still, I don't understand how it's become 4, 5, 1, 2, 3

- If 3 means i/o module and 12 means the slot how about the 5 and 4 what is it?

Diagnostic of your blink-code is Error-type = 1(Communication interruption) located on Slot 26.

as per the manual the cause of the problem could be:

Communication interruption

Displays the first slot at which no I/O module
is recognized.
• Missing I/O module during POWER ON or
several I/O modules are missing during
operation.
• Interruptions at the rear panel bus
• Short-circuit at the rear panel bus ("01" is
output as the slot)
• Termination module missing
If the termination module is missing, the
number of inserted I/O modules + 1 is
output (if there is no set configuration)

 Check the configuration of the ET 200S.

your description is wrong. Check again MOP's 2 posts with also PDF of IM151-1 LED error indications and you can see clearly how system starts to show what is wrong there. It starts with both LEDs 3x slowly. As I expect also your definition of LEDs, this is correct example what can be then described:
