SF issue in channel-1

I am using SIWAREX-U Weighing module to get load cell value for weighing calculation.

Within this two channel, I am facing SF issue in channel-1.

I have following activities:

1. Checked channel-1 module by inserting wire from channel-2 found SF fault is being cleared and weight is showing.So I can conclude there is no issue in module
2. There are four-load cell, which is being connected into JB. So check each load cell’s voltage between EXC+ - EXC- and SIG+-SIG- and found all are ok. So please suggest what to do.
3. I have checked both channel following terminal voltage that are also same then why SF is still there in Channel-1 only

Channel-1 Data:

VDC between 15 &16(SENSE1+&SENSE1-)=6VDC

VDC between 17 &18(SIG1+&SIG1-)=0VDC

VDC between 19 & 20(EXC1+& EXC1-)=6VDC

Channel-2 Data:

VDC between 8 & 9(SENSE2+&SENSE2-)=6VDC

VDC between 10 &11(SIG2+&SIG2-)=0VDC

VDC between 12 & 13(EXC2+& EXC2-)=6VDC
