Siwarex FTC Auto Param not work

cata_rauti Experienced Member Joined: 11/9/2014 Last visit: 10/16/2024 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have a system where I use 6 Siwarex FTC modules - loss in weight. One of the modules I recently introduced. I did a factory reset, calibrated the cell and everything looks ok. It indicates the correct weight. 1. The problem is that the module does not allow me to do AUTOSETUP. When I press any of the buttons on this page it returns error code 1 - unknown command. 2. When I press Start Gravimetric or Volumetric the Dosing_ON bit becomes true and apparently does its job by switching from Volumetric to Gravimetric... but the output signal Y % - always remains 0. I also noticed that the Stability bit never made true - although when I moved the weighing cell to another module everything worked. I have tried several factory resets and parameterizations but the same. I put the weighing cell on a different module and it works. I even changed the Siwarex module and it does the same -- from this I concluded that maybe I didn't parameterize something correctly. Thanks for your ideeas.

If so, post a Siwatool file with your current parameter settings, please. (= Receive all data to the Siwatool software. Afterwards, you can store the Siwatool-file on your computer.) Siwarexi Gold Expert Joined: 1/4/2007 Last visit: 10/15/2024 Posts: 1147 Rating: (175)	Hello cata_rauti, When a Siwarex FTC module is delivered from factory, or you do a factory reset, the Siwarex FTC is set to the operating mode "belt scale". Probably, you hvae to set at first the operating mode "loss in weight". It's quite difficult to help you, when you don't have the Siwatol-software! I recommend you to work with the Siwatool-software, and the Siwatool-cable. If so, I can see ALL! parameter settings of your Siwarex FTC module, and I can see the issue quite fast!
