Here some ideas: Maybe there is a lot of communication traffic on your "online-way". Is it possible to chose another way? (MPI /PROFIBUS or for example ethernet if you got a CP within your station?) Or it is possible to increase the transmission rate? Maybe you got network problems. So a lot of telegrams must be send more than ones. Maybe you can increase the "scan cycle load from communication" within your CPU in hardware configuration? Maybe other users got other good ideas? good luck Sabine

Did you select "process mode"? Here you can choose different max-times, the preset of 5ms, maybe a higher value (up to 12 makes sense) could help.

On Menu bar, choose "call enviroment", if you see the option "Laboratory", you need to change it to "Process" mode. The main reasons are : (1) on "laboratory" mode at every scan on each operand you have the status updated, using more time to do it, instead off on "process" mode (lower charge of time).
