WinCC does not Activate. Service already Exists

WinCC version K7.4.1.4 When activating RunTime in the primary project, the following message appears: Open WinCC project The specified service already exists. So the project cannot be activated. I have tried to reinstall WinCC. The same message still appears. Has anyone encountered this problem? I appreciate any information you can provide Thank you

Therefore, it cannot be activated or restarted. I have tried to repair the program with the same version of WinCC. As you indicated, I am currently checking the SQL services and the DCF files. Is there a way to enable the OPCServer.WinCC service manually?
