I face with a strange case and cannot explain myself

I had a touch panel PC 677B , model: 6AV6 875 - 1AA10-1AC0 and it got trouble with the touch function, so that, I replace the new one. as replacement, I had to remove 2 PCI cards (CP 1613) and installed them in new PC.

But when I took the OLD PC to workshop and Power ON, It can not boot. I connected the external monitor and it also can't show anything (No boot, no boot text). It might not pass POST testing, I think so.

Anyone have experience to bring it back ?

Does the PC work in case the CMOS battery failed ?

is there any sign of "life" on the old PC? Any LED, that indicates that power is on?

In case the CMOS battery reached the end of it's lifetime you usually get an error message when booting. The PC can boot even without a working CMOS battery. But you will lose all BIOS settings each time you remove the electrical power.
