Upgrade V11 problem

Ramboooo Posts: 77 Rating: (0)	Dear Expert, When i can installed the V11 upgrade for the simatic step7 all is ok and i can open the TIA portal V11 and specified my HMI but when i chose screen_1 i have the below message: The application has encountered a problem and needs to close would you like to restart the application? please help me to findthe mistake in the installation thank you.

0_Einstein Diamond Expert Joined: 7/7/2010 Last visit: 9/11/2025 Posts: 16093 Rating: (2515)	You may need to reset the installation to "english" and repair the installation and add any additional languages. After the install is complete, reset the languages as required. I have been very lucky and not had this problem, but it is common enough that people have found that the language setting makes a difference in the installation.
