Since you are using an older version of PCS7 (without APL) you'll have to create your block/logic for totalizing.You can create a block or implement the logic in CFC. The basic principle is you have to add the instantaneous flowat a constant time interval for obtaining the total. For example if the flow isa constant Xgallons/minute then the total for 1 minute is X gallons. In reality the flow will not be constant. So to obtain an accurate total you need as short a time interval as possible. Aone second interval should be sufficient for most applications. That means on every rise edge of a 1 sec pulse add the instantaneous flow (converted to per second) to the total value. You should also provide for a totalizer reset.
