Also is there any method to identify whether the PTO is active or not during programme execution.

Between the attached files you sent only shows an NPN connection. Some if those drives do allow for PNP. 

You have correctly identified some other issues. You will have "P" mode.. therefore you will have a fixed set of digital I/O connections as specified to match your selection.

You will have 200kHz pulse speed with the CPU1214. The way you generate the pulses needs to be selected (speed and direction vs quadrature for example).

We have a converter card to make our PNP to NPN. You will have to find the same type thing or think of using a Signal Board add-on. Try to talk to your drive supplier.. maybe PNP connection is possible.

For PTO sink output, In wiring of the module is -24VDC will be connect to the terminal "L+" and the load end will be connected to the +24Vdc. Then what will be the connection in termianl "M" whether the same -24Vdc or +24Vdc. Kindly suggest.

I can't really imagine your connection as described.

However, if you connect -24Vdc to L+ and +24Vdc to M, you will have a voltage difference of 48Vdc there. I would not do that.

The DC/DC/DC type CPUs have outputs with MOSFET transistors, connected in current sourcing circuits. I am afraid that you won't be able to convince them to swallow current.

One solution would be to use high speed optocouplers between the PLC and the drive.

E.g. like this one (100kHz):

P.S. as I mentioned before, if you have fixed positions, you can use a position table in the drive and normal DO at the PLC - then there's no need for PTO and source to sink interface.

I can only echo what Kahl said. (@Kahl: Thanks for helping.)

The way you wire the inputs on the CPU, you can have those function as SINK or SOURCE. Unluckily you can not do so with with the CPU outputs. Refer to the CPU's System Manual for details.

The signal boards SB 1222 DQ 4 x 24 VDC, 200 kHz (6ES7 222-1BD30-0XB0) or SB 1222 DQ 4 x 5 VDC, 200 kHz (6ES7 222-1AD30-0XB0) do allow for connection by either NPN or PNP - as seen from the attachment I have given you earlier.

Next alternative.. build some circuit to convert PNP to NPN. We have used a buffer chip with x8 embedded Darlington-pair transistors to do the job. I do not have the chip's number, else I would publish it for you. What Kahl suggested is a very good clean solution.
