312C and 314C 2PtP: Loading problems

Silva Ricci Joined: 2/10/2022 Last visit: 4/11/2024 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Good morning I have two MMCs, one purchased with the S7 300 313c 2DP PLC and it works perfectly, while in the other PLCs (312C and 314C 2PtP) I have problems loading with both, what am I doing wrong? I found a card reader on an old PC and it also reads MMCs and I wanted to see the difference between the 2 MMCs, I have windows 11 but I can't read them and I don't want to ruin them. Unfortunately the PLCs are new but never used for years and I wanted to use them. But it is possible to ship them to me and I can see if your MMCs are good or not. Also, there is a way to reset the MMC on the CPU * Note: Only do this if you have backup projects of your CPUs!!! * It is only possible to reset the MMC if it contains data^*that is invalid for the CPU. Otherwise the MMC is only initialized by the procedure described. All the user data is deleted when you reset the SIMATIC Micro Memory Card (MMC). Proceed as follows. The MMC is slotted in the bay of the CPU. The CPU requests an overall reset (slow blinking of the STOP LED). Set the switch to "MRES" and hold it there until the STOP LED lights continuously (approx. 9 seconds). Within the next 3 seconds, you must let the switch go and set it again to "MRES". The STOP LED now blinks during the delete procedure. If the CPU continues to request an overall reset after the procedure described above, then the MMC is defective.
