3RW44 Soft Starter

Niks Sharma Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, I am Using a Soft Starter 3RW4426-1BB14 in order to operate a motor which is used for a pump application, The Soft Starters are working fine on a main supply which is around 395 to 400V in all the 3 phases and the control voltage is around 210-215V in all three phases. As the power goes off , we have operate the starters on a DG set. The Starters got tripped showing an error CONTROL VOLTAGE ABOVE 110%.... Main supply of the DG is constant i.e 413V... And the control voltage 228 in all the phases.. Kindly help me out to resolve this issue Best Regards Nikhil Sharma

Valli Posts: 262 Rating: (45)	Hi, Kindly confirm:- 1) Is the MLFB 3RW44261BB14 correct? i cannt find such Type no ending with "BB" in case of 3RW44. 2) How come you can see control voltage in 3 phases? R u refereing to control voltatge similar to auxiliary supply? If the MLFB would have ended with "BC4x" the tolerance of control supply should +10% of 230V which is well under the voltage which u r measuring i.e. 228V. pls inform !

Niks Sharma Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, MLFB of the soft starter is 3RW4424-1BC44....... M considering the control voltage same as the auxilliary voltage in all the 3-phases. As the auxilliary voltage is well below the tolerance , u have mentioned..... but why the error still occurs on the soft starter display. Please help on that part Best regards Nikhil Sharma
