6AV6 647-0AB11-3AX0 calibration problems

Hello,

I have a client with a 6AV6 647-0AB11-3AX0 which was facing calibration problems, he tried to calibrate the screen, and after finishing the calibration process, when the HMI restarted, it would be useless, he couldn’t do any operation not even in the maintenance screen, although the “beep” sound from the screen whenever is touched is normal.

Then i backed up the program with PROSAVE and download it to new HMI and the problem somehow came with the backup, after this i created a new project for the new HMI and the screen worked with no problem with screen perfectly calibrated, after this i restore again the project backed up previously and the problem is there again.

PS: I don’t have the original project.

I would like to know if someone had already the same problem
