How I use Analog output of MICROMASTER 440 to inter as Analog input to PLC ??
What parameters i use ? and How i configure it ??

MM440 drive have 2 Analog Outputs. 

AO 1 can be wired on terminals 12 & 13 [0-20 mA]

AO 2 can be wired on terminals 26 & 27 [0-20 mA]

To parameterize them, go to P0771[0] for AO 1 and P0771[1] for AO 2

Put value of "21" which represent Actual frequency (Scaled to P2000).

For other values you can set as following:

In P2000 (Reference frequency) you should enter the reference frequency which will be represented by PLC.

4000Hex = P2000.

For example if you put 50 Hz in P2000.

Then if your Act. Freq. = 25 Hz, you will recieve in the AO (10 mA) [i.e. 50% of 0-20 mA]

I made it before but the output signal whether (0-20mA or 0-10v) not change with changing the speed (frequancy)

r0774[0]

P0776[0]

P0777[0], P0778[0], P0779[0], P0780[0]

The value in parameter r0774 change whether it (0-20mA) or (0-10v) that appear on LCD of BOP

Accoding to manual, r0774 is the value in "mA".

 If your value changes in r774, Your actual output should change as well.  Check directly at terminals. Try swapping outputs to check both are working well.
